comfort truss is comfortable
Like most I suppose, I discovered my hernia in the shower just a bit over a month ago. After a short period of denial, I went looking for a hernia truss to wear until the inevitable surgery. After ordering a few belts based on best reviews on an on-line ordering site, I was more determined to have surgery because the best reviewed trusses were uncomfortable at best. They seemed to all have hernia control lumps that were dedicated to pushing the hernia out my backside. I couldn't wear them for any length of time and not during exercise. Then I discovered 'comfort-truss'. It is indeed the most comfortable truss I could wear and now I put it on in the morning and wear it outside on walks and working around the house. I've actually gone back and ordered 3 more, two single-sided and a double sided for wearing when I am working hard cutting up trees etc. in the yard (I have a hernia on one side only but figured a bit of prevention on the other side wouldn't hurt). Now, because of the increased comfort I plan to delay surgery for a while to see how it goes. So far, the truss seems to be controlling the hernia OK. When I feel for the hernia during periods of exercise, it's still not there, either completely reduced or just minimally present. So, it's so far so good. I'll see how it goes and let you know.
Best Fit Ever and Great Comfort
Great!!! Light Weight, Super Comfortable. Weaing it to work where I lift tool boxes and tools all day long as a Technichian. It is very, comfortable. Tried two other types of Hernia Belts that were not as "Nice, Light and as Comfortable" as the Comfort Truss. Amazing Comfort wearing the Comfort Truss. Thank You for this Amazing Design and the Material is so Comfortable and Light Weight and the Support is Great!!!!!!

As advertised, this does reduce stretch in the truss, providing more support. Since I was doing rigorous carpentry work, I wanted as much support as I could get, and did feel a difference when this was installed. Great product.
