The Comfort-Truss Double Side Flat Pad Hernia Truss is designed for those active people who have bilateral (on both sides) inguinal hernias. Some people like to order a double side Comfort-Truss, even though they only have a hernia on one side, in order to feel more balanced. This completely comes down to personal preference and is not necessary if you only have a hernia on one side.

I needed a hernia belt that I could wear all day every day, whether I was surfing, doing muay thai, riding motocross, running, working out, or just sitting at my desk. After trying every hernia truss I could find on the market, there was nothing that would work for my active lifestyle, and most of them I couldn't even wear for more than an hour without major discomfort. So I took it upon myself to design a truss that would do the job. And the Comfort-Truss was born. Since these are to be worn against the skin, we we recommend getting at least three of the Comfort-Truss Minimalist so that you can always have a clean dry one to wear and to spread the wear and tear over a few belts.

Comfort-Truss Version 2.0 is equipped with an open top pocket which allows the 1/4″ pad which comes stock in the belt to be swapped out with thicker pad sizes. We have 3/8″ and 1/2″ thick pads available for purchase.

USThe medium is a much better fit and I like feel of the double
You mention about sizing that if you are in the middle go smaller. Well I didn't and now that I have a medium I am a whole lot happier. I had not wanted the double but as the single left is out of stock, I ordered the double. I am really happy with it. I like the extra firmness/security that comes from the double and don't mind the extra truss at all. Everything is a trade-off. This really works for me.
USLove the double truss
The double truss provides excellent support right whee I need it. I feel almost normal again. I believe I can heal my double hernia naturally and without surgery. Highly recommend.
GBDouble side truss, amazing
Been struggling with mainly right side inguinal hernia. Found this product when searching for ways to avoid an operation. I work out a lot..... weights, Hiit, PT etc. This was my last hope, and I’m so pleased it’s worked. Obviously hernia still there but I’m enjoy workouts again thanks 🙏

Battle tested
This is my second order. These belts have been battle tested. I do Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Kick boxing 5 days/week. I have abused these belts in all possible ways, blood sweat and tears. Comfort-Truss belts have never failed me. Tough, extremely confortable, discrete, fully adjustable, no metal bip at airport security, dry super quick. One advice: if between sizes, go with smaller. Hernia is no joke. So are these belts. A game changer.
